Dr. Giridhar Veerula graduated from the Institute of Medical Sciences at Osmania University in Hyderabad, Southern India. He practiced briefly in India and Jamaica, W.I., before finishing his pediatric residency in Galveston, Texas.

Dr. Vijay Veerula earned his medical degree from Liberty University School of Medicine, where he received comprehensive training in osteopathic medicine and OMT. In 2024, he finished his residency in his hometown through The Fort Wayne Medical Education Program.

Dr. Vijay Veerula is a dedicated and experienced professional committed to providing exceptional care to his patient with a strong background in osteopathic manipulative treatment. His passion for medicine and commitment to excellence make him a trusted partner in your healthcare journey.

In 1995, Dr. Veerula founded Jefferson Pediatrics with the conviction that every child deserves access to comprehensive preventative care. Our practice focuses on a holistic approach that highlights the significance of a healthy lifestyle and prioritizes personalized care. In 2014, Dr. Veerula became certified in holistic integrated medicine to enhance our tailored services. He specializes in integrative medicine and holistic pediatrics, particularly in areas such as autism, lip and tongue ties, laser frenectomy, lactation, and wellness improvements.

In 2024, we are excited to announce the expansion of our practice to include adult care. We have officially rebranded as Jefferson Pediatrics & Family Medicine, and welcome Dr. Vijay Veerula, who shares our dedication to holistic preventative care.

Dr. Giridhar Veerula is accepting new patients.

Dr. Vijay Veerula is a dedicated osteopathic physician focused on delivering holistic care to all patients. He combines traditional practices with osteopathic techniques to enhance health and wellness, empowering patients through education and personalized treatment plans.

Our office now offers osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) for pain management, pregnancy/postpartum complications, birth trauma, and frenectomy aftercare. Dr. Veerula is trained in Laser Frenectomy and non-invasive laser pain management therapy for various conditions.

Dr. Vijay Veerula is currently accepting new patients and is eager to support his community's health journey.

In 1995, I established Jefferson Pediatrics with the belief that all children should have access to comprehensive preventative medicine. Throughout the years, my staff and I have worked to create a patient-friendly environment where parents feel heard and children receive exceptional healthcare.

Our practice specializes in a holistic approach that emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle and focuses on individualized care. In 2014, I became certified in holistic integrated medicine to better provide a more personalized approach. I specialize in integrative medicine and holistic pediatrics, with a special focus on autism, lactation consultation, and wellness changes.

In 2024, we are proud to announce the expansion of our practice to include adults. Our name has officially changed to Jefferson Pediatrics & Family Medicine with the addition of my son, Dr. Vijay Veerula. He shares my passion and commitment to holistic preventative care.
